Your tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for all HR administrative matters and ensure that our HR processes run smoothly
  • You will be responsible for managing and maintaining personnel files, drawing up employment contracts and coordinating entry and exit processes
  • You support the preparation of payroll accounting and work closely with our tax consultant
  • You organise and coordinate day-to-day office management, ensure a welcoming working environment and keep track of office supplies and service providers
  • You plan and implement internal events and meetings and actively contribute to promoting our corporate culture
  • Together with the People & Culture team, you will further develop existing HR processes and implement new ideas to increase our attractiveness as an employer
  • You support the team with organisational and administrative issues and contribute to a positive employee experience

Your strengths

Experience:

You have completed commercial training or a comparable degree with a focus on human resources or office management and already have experience in personnel administration and office management and feel at home in both areas. You work in a structured and diligent manner and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.

Know how:

You are adept at using MS Office and ideally have experience with common HR software solutions such as Personio.

Language:

You are fluent in German and English.

Your communication skills set you apart, and you are empathetic and service-oriented in your approach to different contacts and act proactively, think in a solution-oriented way and enjoy continuously optimising processes. Discretion and trustworthiness are a matter of course for you when dealing with sensitive data. You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and appreciate an agile working environment.
