Your tasks

  • You will assist the head of our Reimbursement & Medical Affairs team in day-to-day operational and strategic business.
  • You will also take on cross-functional activities and work together with other departments such as Marketing and Sales.
  • You will be significantly involved in the planning and execution of clinical studies. This also includes coordinating study partners and monitoring ongoing study projects.
  • You will conduct research on medical-scientific issues in the field of healthcare and prepare this data in a suitable format, e.g. as a PowerPoint presentation. You will also prepare analyses on issues in the area of reimbursement and the competitive environment.ds.
  • Optional: There is the possibility of carrying out your own research project related to VR technology as part of a Master's thesis. A competent team of doctoral graduates in the natural sciences and humanities will be happy to support you with the content of your research question with strategic value.

Your strengths

Experience:

You are completing a degree with a focus on health economics, health sciences, medicine or a comparable degree programme related to healthcare and are at best enrolled in the 4th semester of your bachelor’s degree.

Know how:

Ideally, you have already been able to gain initial practical experience in the healthcare sector (e.g. in the physiotherapy or occupational therapy sector) or other companies or already have basic knowledge of the relevant stakeholder structure in the German healthcare system (service providers, payers, medical product).

Language:

Very good German and good written and spoken English skills

Personality and ways of working:

You are a team player with strong communication skills and the talent to think strategically, conceptually and analytically. You are also characterised by a high degree of initiative and an independent way of working.
